The Role: Sales DirectorYou'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing sales strategies that align with Vendito's vision. As the Sales Director, you'll lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and ensuring exceptional service delivery and measurable success across all sales activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Buid and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the retail and residential sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver high performance.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning.
- Report on sales performance and insights to senior leadership.
About You
You're an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the design, furniture, or luxury goods sectors. Known for your ability to inspire and influence, you're passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and achieving exceptional outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the design or interiors industry.
- A deep understanding of the retail and residential sales landscape.
