We are seeking a driven Strategic Business Development Director to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This senior-level role reports directly to our Head of Sales, Brand & Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing broker relationships, expanding our portfolio through new business acquisitions, and effectively communicating Angle Finance's value proposition within the market.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing existing broker relationships to increase overall sales performance within your designated State or region.
- Identifying and acquiring new broker firms to expand our portfolio size and geographic reach.
- Bolstering awareness of Angle Finance's offerings among market stakeholders and industry participants.
- Rapidly identifying and qualifying opportunities with swift decision-making capabilities.
- Delivering targeted sales performance and strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the company.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- A proven track record in a similar leadership role within the Asset Finance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing broker relationships, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of navigating complex situations swiftly.
- A strong team player mentality, embracing a collaborative approach to achieve shared goals.
- An unwavering customer-centric focus, with excellent relationship-building skills.
