The Role: Management Director - Food Service Operations

This leadership role will oversee both front-end and back-end activities at our branches, including sales, warehousing, and transport operations. A strong focus on sales, safety, and people management is crucial for success in this position.

You will be responsible for ensuring all operations adhere to safety standards, fostering a culture of safety across all teams, and leading and motivating a diverse team through clear communication, staff development, and operational efficiency.

A proven track record in leadership and a results-driven approach to both sales and operations are essential for achieving branch goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee branch operations and coordinate day-to-day administration
  • Execute sales initiatives through sales and customer service teams
  • Manage branch cash flow and expenditure
  • Implement staff evaluation, recruitment, and training as required
  • Promote the company and its product range to existing and potential new customers
  • Implement HACCP, quality, and food safety requirements
  • Implement Occupational Health and Safety and workers' compensation requirements for injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation
