Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Director to lead our rehabilitation team in achieving our growth goals. As a key member of our management team, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to your team of consultants, while maintaining a caseload of your own.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to consultants to enhance their skills and performance
  • Overseeing the team's performance and quality, ensuring high standards are met
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Exploring new opportunities for growth and development within the business
  • Conducting assessments and case work, providing expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • A willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • An inclusive and integrative approach, valuing diversity and promoting cultural awareness
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching, with a focus on staff development and growth
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Determination to provide exceptional customer service to large customers
  • A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
