Senior Project Manager Role

The RPS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to join our team in Griffith, Canberra. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering large complex projects across various industries.

About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is essential.
  • You should have a strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, particularly Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct.
  • Prior experience working across Defence, including Defence writing skills, is highly desirable.
  • You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead teams and manage business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner is also required.
  • You must be proactive and able to think strategically.
  • Australian Citizenship and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance are necessary.
  • Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 is also required.
  • 10+ years' experience in client-side project management or PMCA in Defence or similar industries is preferred, along with familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
