About the Role

You will oversee projects and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure all strategic objectives are met and project delivery is achieved to a high standard. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements;
  • Managing and developing project resources to achieve current and future project and business objectives;
  • Strategically planning and delivering project requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction;
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, developing and implementing strategies to improve project outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

As a Project Director at RPS Group, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will also be expected to maintain a positive working relationship with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in construction and/or consulting project management, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects;
  • Professional qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management or similar;
  • Planning or development and delivery phase experience;
  • Managing Contractor experience (preferred);
