Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key FMCG accounts in Melbourne.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing Key Accounts in the FMCG space.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
