- Analyse account performance using relevant metrics and provide regular updates on commercial targets.
- Collaborate with Flight Centre teams to develop joint marketing campaigns promoting products and services.
- Oversee the contracting process, ensuring alignment with client goals and presenting compelling proposals.
- Accurately record opportunities and account information using best practices and tools like Salesforce.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities tailored to your role.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing education and self-learning.
- Monitor industry news and client updates via various channels, including social media and marketing emails.
Who you are...
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or account management within the travel/hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the Asia market is preferred.
- A proven track record of driving account growth and customer retention.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing circumstances if required.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively to achieve collective goals.
- Willingness to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
