Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with physical or psychological injuries.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that promote successful return-to-work outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative team.

About the Role
  • Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for return-to-work and develop strategies to support client engagement and participation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to ensure seamless transition of clients back to work.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' functional capacity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support services to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Substantial experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
