Rehabilitation Consultant

This role focuses on delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their rehabilitation journey.

  • Leverage your networks and industry expertise to identify return to work opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation.
  • Case management for injured workers requiring physical and/or psychological support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support the journey from rehab to healing.
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Work with stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and allied health professionals, to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

As part of our group, you will have the opportunity to support the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community. Enjoy meaningful and purposeful work as you support clients return to employment.

What's Required
  • Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
