The Role
  • Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation
  • Case management for injured workers who require physical and/or psychological support to return them to employment
  • Establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
