Rehabilitation Consultant Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to injured workers in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage professional networks and industry knowledge to identify new return-to-work opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with employers seeking return-to-work support for their organisations.
  • Case management for injured workers requiring physical and/or psychological support to return them to employment.
  • Establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals, to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
