As a rehabilitation specialist, you will work closely with injured workers to develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans.

The role involves leveraging your professional networks and industry expertise to identify new opportunities for return-to-work support. You will foster strong relationships with employers seeking assistance for their organizations, as well as collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living evaluations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans
