Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and nurturing relationships with employers seeking return to work support
• Performing assessments to identify new return to work opportunities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans
• Establishing key relationships with health professionals to support the rehabilitation journey

Requirements:
• Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
• Occupational Rehabilitation experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
• Passion to help people rehabilitate and demonstrated ability to work autonomously
