Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Builder to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. This role will play a critical part in identifying and establishing partnerships with large companies that have social impact initiatives, aligning our organization's goals with potential partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships with large companies having social impact initiatives
  • Research and analyze opportunities to identify relevant partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create job opportunities for underrepresented communities

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of underrepresented communities. As a Strategic Partnership Builder, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with large companies that have social impact initiatives. Your research and analytical skills will enable you to pinpoint relevant opportunities, while your strong communication skills will facilitate effective outreach and relationship-building.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and management
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to understand and communicate complex social impact strategies
  • Passion for creating job opportunities for underrepresented communities

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
