Job Title: Strategic Partnership BuilderLocation: SydneyEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearJob DescriptionThe Strategic Partnership Builder will play a crucial role in our Sales & Partnership AU team. This position involves maintaining, growing, and leveraging relationships with partners and business referral sources within a specific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with partners and referral sources
- Motivate and train partners to achieve significant growth results
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and National Sales Managers to identify key opportunities
- Implement a strategic plan to engage partners and deliver territory sales volumes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience working within a channel sales role
- A proven capability to manage a defined territory of key accounts to meet budget
- Proven ability to identify, contact, and partner with target referral markets
- Experience with selling and supporting the finance broker market (a plus)
- Excellent relationship building skills with an engaging personality
- Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of the key motivators for business owners within the SME marketplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
