Your Role at Impact Tech Inc

The Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth of our partnerships with agencies in the APAC region. Key performance indicators include growth in inbound agency referrals, increase in agency license revenue, adoption of nurture license, and efficient collaboration between Impact Sales and partner business development teams.

In certain regions, you will also mentor and delegate duties to Channel Partnership Associates.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop direct and productive relationships with ANZ agency partners
  2. Generate inbound referrals from channel partners and direct outbound customer referrals
  3. Deliver messaging articulating Impact's positioning and agency partnerships externally and internally
  4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing organization to drive leads to revenue teams
  5. Advocate for agency partners across com's teams
  6. Analyze pipeline and sales reporting to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  7. Manage agency enablement, such as e-learning programs and agency certification
  8. Conduct agency maturity assessments and business reviews
  9. Provide agency guidance and co-pitching across key strategic accounts
  10. Lead on-site agency training, demos, and enablement presentations
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS, consulting, business development, operations, account management, or related fields
  • Understanding of the affiliate/partnerships industry and network of agency contacts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners and company hierarchy
  • Knowledge of channel sales processes and best practices
  • Experience establishing long-term lasting relationships
  • Commitment to excellence, high integrity, and teamwork
  • Focused and organized individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary, $80,000-$120,000 per annum, based on your location and experience. Other benefits include:
