About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Residential team in Newcastle. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with agents to coordinate report submissions and documentation.
  • Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials.
  • Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to our website as required.
  • Manage online listings on both Colliers' website and third-party websites.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings when necessary.
  • Reconcile and process invoices and expenses as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A minimum intermediate level of MS Office and Adobe skills, with preference given to experience with In-Design and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to implement improvements.
  • Previous administration and marketing experience within the commercial property industry is advantageous.
What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful team and develop your skills. The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
