About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Residential team in Newcastle. This exciting opportunity will provide an excellent chance to gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agents to coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
- Contribute to the production of high-quality marketing materials that showcase our properties
- Update our company database, including listing information, and upload it to our website as required
- Manage online listings on both our website and third-party platforms
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as needed
- Reconcile and process invoices and expenses in a timely manner
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with a preference for experience in InDesign and CRM systems
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to implement improvements and think outside the box
- Previous administration and marketing experience in the commercial property industry would be highly valued
