About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Residential team in Newcastle. This exciting opportunity will provide an excellent chance to gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agents to coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
  • Contribute to the production of high-quality marketing materials that showcase our properties
  • Update our company database, including listing information, and upload it to our website as required
  • Manage online listings on both our website and third-party platforms
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as needed
  • Reconcile and process invoices and expenses in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with a preference for experience in InDesign and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to implement improvements and think outside the box
  • Previous administration and marketing experience in the commercial property industry would be highly valued
