Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative duties, including managing a busy reception desk, answering and redirecting calls, and maintaining accurate record management systems.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. If you possess experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and are flexible to work varied shifts, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing admission paperwork
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co-payments and conduct follow-up requests
  • Maintain accurate records and perform Health Fund checks as required
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early/late shifts and weekend work
  • Health Fund eligibility knowledge (desired)
Benefits

Hunter Valley Private offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a positive work-life balance, with flexible rostering and opportunities for professional growth.
