About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Newcastle Branch in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to provide administrative support and coordination of building plans interpretation.
  • Enter data accurately into quotation systems to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer service position within the building industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of building industry codes and quoting systems is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • You must be a self-starter who thrives in diverse environments and has a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs is critical.
