A Comprehensive Overview of the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Office Junior to join our CTP personal injury insurance team in Newcastle. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of legal and support staff, assisting with document preparation, and performing relief reception duties.

You will have a varied workload, including:

  • Providing entry-level administrative support to a team of professionals
  • Assisting with document preparation under supervision
  • Relief reception duties
  • Preparing electronic communications
  • Collating documents and forms
  • Performing general tasks such as scanning, electronic filing, and sorting

You will receive one-on-one training and be mentored by experienced legal secretaries to help you develop your skills and gain confidence in your role.

About You

You are enthusiastic about starting a career in legal administration and eager to develop your skills within a team-oriented environment. You should have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to demonstrate initiative.

Previous office-based work experience and/or a TAFE certificate in Business & Administration/Business & Legal is highly desirable, but a proactive and willing attitude is most important.
