Customer Experience Manager

A permanent, full-time role as a Customer Experience Manager has become available at Scentre Group, our 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver amazing customer experiences daily in Valet Parking and the Suite services.
- Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level within the service teams by monitoring customer complaints and providing training on service levels.
- Rostering and budget management for the Services Supervisor role.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and support our team in creating meaningful experiences at the living centre every day.
Key Requirements- A strong commitment to delivering excellent service and promoting a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage various tasks flexibly.
- Experience managing processes, environments, and technical operations in a service-based business.
- Knowledge of income targets and experience in contributing to revenue growth.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
