Role Overview

A permanent, full-time role as a Customer Experience Manager has become available at Scentre Group, our 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver amazing customer experiences daily in Valet Parking and the Suite services.
  • Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level within the service teams by monitoring customer complaints and providing training on service levels.
  • Rostering and budget management for the Services Supervisor role.

  • Knowledge of income targets and experience in contributing to revenue growth.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
