Customer Experience Advocate

In this position, you will take ownership of resolving customer issues, communicate effectively via email or phone, and surprise customers with proactive feature calls. The team collaborates seamlessly across departments, working in shift patterns to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing top-notch support and guidance on Xero subscription usage
- Adapting to the evolving needs of our growing business and customers
- Collaborating closely with teams across Xero
- Escalating priority issues and assisting in resolution
- Capturing and sharing valuable customer feedback for continuous improvement

This is a competitive opportunity offering an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
