  • Providing top-notch support and guidance on Xero subscription usage
  • Adapting to the evolving needs of our growing business and customers
  • Collaborating closely with teams across Xero
  • Escalating priority issues and assisting in resolution
  • Capturing and sharing valuable customer feedback for continuous improvement

This is a competitive opportunity offering an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
