- Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visits, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
- Perform Health Fund Checks as required, ensuring patients receive the necessary care and support.
- Manage the collection of excesses/co-payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Complete other clerical tasks, such as data entry, to support the smooth operation of the hospital.
