Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

**About the role**
Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic role, ideally for someone who has had prior experience providing support in an Accounting Firm, who is highly personable, has excellent customer service skills and thrives on connecting with people.
**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Managing reception
- Receiving phone calls
- Diary/calendar management
- Managing ASIC requirements
- Company & trust setups
- Liaising with Accountants, the ATO and ASIC
- Company registrations ABN, GST, PAYG etc.
- Debtor management
- Collation and billing
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
**Skills / Experience**
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
