Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at insightsoftware. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales teams through high-quality and high-volume outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field
  • Previous sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career in technology
  • Ability to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
