Are you a sales expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building strong commercial relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Varna Packaging.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the packaging industry. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80K-$100K, plus superannuation, car allowance, and an incentive plan that will see you add another $25K-$30K. You will also have the opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka for a solid induction and to meet the leaders and team who've got your back.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in sales and business development
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-driven and self-disciplined
