Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales operation, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts within your assigned territory, presenting our AI solution to information security experts, and managing existing client relationships. This requires a strong ability to manage high levels of autonomy, present complex ideas to C-level executives, and partner with internal subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts within your assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and qualify leads, leveraging self-sourcing efforts supplemented by regional support from Marketing, Inside Sales, and Channel teams.
- Present and demonstrate Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions to information security experts and C-level executives.
- Partner closely with Darktrace Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers, and Cyber Threat Analysts to deliver Proof of Values (POVs) to prospective customers.
- At least three years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software, preferably in a highly regulated market.
- Clear sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
- Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Seeking a target-driven, meritocratic environment with exceptional opportunities for advancement.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
