We are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Specialist to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales, marketing, and expansion strategies with partners, driving new business growth through partner-led and partner-supported partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales, marketing, and expansion strategies with partners
- Achieving new business sales targets through partner-led and partner-supported partnerships
- Promoting our brand to partners, customers, and prospects via marketing input, webinars, presentations, and referrals
- Supporting meetings with the Global Partnerships team to discuss and implement strategies to expand our partner channel
- Leading sales enablement sessions for Partner sales teams and working closely with Presales to deliver technical enablement for sessions and product demonstrations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Executive presence and experience in presenting to technical teams, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to learn and explain complex solutions
- Sales and/or Marketing experience (minimum 3-5 years)
- Channel or Partnership experience is highly preferred
