Strategic Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth by sourcing, securing, and scaling strategic partnerships across payment platforms, e-commerce providers, and financial ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve accelerated growth through the identification, development, and execution of strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and joint value creation.
  • Develop and drive commercial conversations with decision-makers at target partners, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Source and secure new strategic partnerships aligned to our growth priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end execution.
  • Run quarterly business reviews, co-develop joint roadmaps, and facilitate account mapping with business development teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partner co-marketing, account mapping, and QBRs to grow joint value.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, comfortable building partner pitches and commercial proposals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end execution.
  • Effective leadership and risk management skills.
