About the Opportunity

Calvary Care, a leading healthcare provider in Australia, is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning and Reporting Strategist to join their team. This critical role plays a pivotal part in driving strategic workforce decisions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust workforce planning models to ensure adequate staffing levels across various care settings.
  • Analyse data trends to inform business decisions, drive operational improvements, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leaders, operations, finance, and reporting teams to enhance decision-making and drive positive change.
  • Audit rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, funding constraints, and budgetary considerations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and insights generation, with excellent communication skills to convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • At least 8 years of experience in analyst/reporting roles, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
