Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting & Analysis:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data for accurate demand forecasting across multiple locations.
- Adjust sales history and forecasting models to reflect current market trends and business dynamics.
- Utilize advanced planning systems to predict future product demand effectively.
- Inventory Management:
- Regularly review and recommend adjustments to inventory parameters to optimize stock levels.
- Assist in supply planning to ensure efficient inventory turnover and product availability.
- Monitor key metrics to maximize stock turns and maintain high customer service levels.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Foster effective communication between suppliers, logistics, inventory teams, branch supervisors, operational managers, and commercial development teams.
- Ensure seamless information flow across the supply chain network to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Analytical Support:
- Provide detailed analytical reports and insights to support the Supply Chain team.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Systems Operation:
- Operate and maintain advanced planning systems (e.g., Demand Solutions APS).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the planning processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
