About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead to join our team at Calvary Care, a leading provider of health care services in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Analysis and Planning: Monitor staff allocation based on resident care needs, and proactively support Home Managers and Roster Support Teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain capacity plans for operational teams, including FTE, productivity measures, and forecasted staffing changes.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory and workforce models, funding and budgets.
  • Financial Reporting: Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required, to gain required approvals and sign off.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide advice and strategic insights to National Executive Advisor Aged Care for operational delivery.
  • Training and Development: Develop knowledge material and provide training to required team members and stakeholders on processes and services developed.
Requirements
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Demonstrable data analysis, process mapping, and insights generation skills, and the ability to communicate these effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Workforce Planning Experience: Extensive experience in workforce planning and applying workforce analytics methodologies to solve complex business challenges and drive operational improvements.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong and credible internal and external relationships and ensure a customer focus at all times.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years' experience in an analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Management, Business, Health Management) or Agile Scrum Master and Business Analysis qualifications desirable.
