As a Resource Planning Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the forward planning process to ensure that operational requirements are met while minimizing late shift and roster changes that inflate operational costs.
">You will analyze operational and staffing impacts for the roster in relation to workload demand requirements and identify actions to be taken in relation to operations and staffing impacts within given budgeting parameters.

Requirements:

- Highly developed problem-solving, analytical, planning, organizational skillsets with excellent decision-making skills">
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and solve problems under day-to-day operational pressures and take accountability for their work to ensure business and financial objectives are met">
- High level of computer literacy skills">
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Company Policy, Awards/EBAs, and airport operations procedures">
- Ability to model, influence, and encourage positive behaviors">
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills">
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience in a finance or logistics/planning field">
