We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes, providing occupational rehabilitation services to individuals with a range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case management and coordination of rehabilitation services
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA or membership with AASW
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry
  • Fabulous communication skills and compassion
  • Well-developed time management skills and a current NSW Driver's License
