Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide occupational rehabilitation services and support individuals in achieving return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support to achieve return-to-work outcomes;
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Work with medical and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive assessments and support treatment plans;
  • Assist clients in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes through various schemes and programs;
  • Complete assessments and provide reports to support client care and return-to-work outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work;
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or membership with AASW;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy in working with clients and stakeholders;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
