Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide occupational rehabilitation services and support individuals in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Work with medical and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive assessments and support treatment plans;
  • Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes through various schemes and programs;
  • Complete assessments and provide reports to support client care and return to work outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work;
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA or membership with AASW;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy in working with clients and stakeholders;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
