Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Develop Rehabilitation Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers to determine the best course of rehabilitation and develop personalized plans to help them return to work.
- Provide Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical knowledge and expertise to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, including report writing and communication with insurers.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to Business Growth: Contribute to the growth and development of our business by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Qualifications: AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
