Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide occupational rehabilitation services and support individuals in achieving return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for workplace modifications and injury prevention programs
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement return-to-work strategies
  • Work with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on workplace safety and injury prevention
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or with ESSA plus SIRA Accreditation
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
