Business Development Representative

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers informing them about our platform and qualifying inbound leads based on whether their company is a good fit for our solution.
You will work closely with Sales & Marketing on various projects that support the entire SDR team and be a People Geek who understands how we can help HR professionals get the data they need to build culture-first workplaces.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to be in sales, be eager for coaching, and possess strong storytelling abilities.
A Day in the life includes utilizing phone, email, and social tools to convert our inbound lead flow to conversations with Sales Executives, receiving continuous training and coaching from your mentor and peers, responding to inquiries on our website, and collaborating with local marketing leads to follow up on regional and virtual events.
