We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team as an Office Administrator.
This role plays a pivotal part in the smooth running of our PPC team, providing administration support to our General Manager and the team. The key focus of this role is to be the 'go to' person for all administration and business support tasks.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar office administration/business support role, providing support to a busy and dynamic organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to the General Manager of PPC, and the PPC team generally, including organising meetings and room bookings, making travel arrangements, filing, photocopying, ordering stationery, etc.
- Coordinating our key reward and recognition programs, including our long service awards, employee recognition programs, employee engagement activities
- Managing various shared inboxes, team calendars, filing and systems
- Assist in the coordination of events (e.g. training, celebrations, employee engagement activities) including logistics, arranging venues, catering, guest speakers, and technology
- Maintaining and updating relevant information in systems, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, reporting in excel, etc.
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders as required to ensure smooth flow of requests/communication and response
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
