We are seeking a dynamic and creative Arts and Culture Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve leading and coordinating cultural development programs that connect, celebrate and build capacity responding to and addressing the needs and aspirations of the community.

The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills with stakeholders & artists, people management, financial, and project management skills. You will also have a strong commitment to the arts and a deep appreciation for its cultural, educational and social impact.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $107,944.11 per annum, plus superannuation and flexible working arrangements. The role also offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
