At N-able, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a primary relationship holder between us and our partners, you will leverage your customer success expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence. You will work closely with customers to deliver value conversations related to our product offerings, relevant industry trends, corporate updates, and strategic business reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Delivery: Regularly engage in conversations to ensure customers are achieving their desired goals and identify opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to turn their experiences around using customer success programs and available resources.
  • Product Adoption: Drive awareness of our suite of product offerings and collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Selling/Upselling: Leverage your commercial acumen to understand customer needs and align them with our product offerings to deliver successful business outcomes.
What We Offer

As an Enterprise Customer Success Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you can expect:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated salary range)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, Managed Services, or Managed Security Services
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ability to engage and excite audiences, train and educate customers on product features and best practices
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
