We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team at the Ravenswood Mine Site in Townsville and local suburbs. This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity within the CCS Operations department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site-related administration, including paperwork, data entry, and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures. They will also be required to man the front reception area, manage visitor check-in and out, answer telephone enquiries, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform general office duties.

This role involves working 14 days on, 7 days off, with a roster of 6am-4:30pm and 9am-7:30pm. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a difference in the catering and facilities management industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site administration, including paperwork, data entry, and reporting
  • Manning the front reception area
  • Visitor check-in and out
  • Telephone enquiries and mail handling
  • General office duties

Requirements:

  • Permanent Full-Time opportunity
  • 14 days on, 7 days off roster
  • 6am-4:30pm and 9am-7:30pm shifts

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
