Job DescriptionThis role involves implementing and assuring HSE management plans and tools at a project level. You will provide onsite HSE management support to project activities, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are applied and adhered to in project delivery, specific to client and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong customer engagement and EQLS SKILLED values.
- Support compliance with OFSC and ISO standards on project portfolios.
- Manage the compilation of SSOW packages, including developing project HSE plans, registers, and assisting with Safe Work Method Statements.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven ability in implementing WHS policies, procedures, systems, training, and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in power, energy, or renewables industries with technical understanding of electrical systems.
- The ability to promote learning from incidents and events and challenge behaviors.
This is a 24-month fixed-term position graded at Administration Grade 9. If permanent positions become available, you'll have the opportunity to apply.
