Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads.

You will work collaboratively with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.

  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
  • Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
  • Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
  • Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings
  • Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified
  • Use our technology to manage marketing leads
