The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This key leadership role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive cloud sales growth. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft and AWS program leads to create and implement effective sales programs, enabling the sales team to exceed vendor sales targets and drive profitable customer acquisitions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement Microsoft CSP and AWS sales programs based on market opportunities and service capacities.
  • Enable the sales team to achieve high sales performance through targeted marketing programs, sales training, and technical pre-sales support.
  • Support end-to-end management of vendor sales and enablement programs.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize Microsoft and AWS pre- and post-sales funding for services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to generate demand among existing and new customers.

You will be responsible for monitoring performance and results on a short- and mid-term basis and providing direction, development, and support to ensure the sales team performs at optimum levels.

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Product or Channel management in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability in working with major IT vendors and their sales representatives.
  • An intermediate to advanced understanding of software skills, including MS Office suite and logical document-based ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
