Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Team Lead to join our team at GROW Inc. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance claims professionals and ensuring that claim work items are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of insurance claims professionals to ensure that claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Support, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality for claim work items and collaborate with the team to address any identified quality gaps.
  • Ensure incidents are reported and assist with incident remediation when necessary.
  • Provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to insurance claims and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Head of Administration in delegated tasks and provide input and feedback on business enhancements.
  • Manage business incident remediation and review business rules and procedure updates for the team in consultation with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance claims.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
