Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Group Claims Consultant to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for a small portfolio of claims, providing technical support to the team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end group insurance claims, with a focus on IP and TPD.
- Develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements.
- Protect and promote Zurich's claim philosophy, ensuring compliance with LICOP and claims assessment best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Experience in a Senior or Claims Assessor role, with a strong understanding of LICOP and claims assessment best practices.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
